To celebrate the rich and wonderful nature surrounding us in Chiangmai, we worked with local artist Chatri Keth to feature his oil drawings of birds in our flagshop store in Chiangmai.

The chocolate bar simply made itself from there! Using cacao from a bird friendly farm in Nakhon Si Thammarat, we packed our delicious 70% dark chocolate full of pumpkin seeds, shiso seeds and cacao nibs, to create a rounded and crunchy chocolate experience.

In August and September 2023 Siamaya Flagship store will be turned in to an art gallery featuring all of Chatri Keth's amazing paintings, so feel free to pay us a visit - we're located right here
