Official Notice: Adjustments to Delivery Fees (Effective April 16, 2026)

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Please be advised that due to recent increases in delivery charges from our transport service providers, driven by global fuel price conditions, Siamaya Chocolate is implementing an adjustment to our delivery fees.

These updated rates apply to all temperature-controlled shipping channels and general merchandise shipments, effective April 16, 2026.

Please review the detailed schedule of updated shipping rates and complimentary delivery conditions below to understand how these changes may apply to your future orders.

1. Direct Online Channels (Website, Facebook, LINE)

• Standard Temperature-Controlled Shipping: 200 THB per order.
• Free Shipping Condition: Delivery fees are waived for orders exceeding 3,000 THB.

2. Shopee Marketplace

• Standard Temperature-Controlled Shipping: 200 THB per order.
• Note: Complimentary shipping conditions do not apply to purchases made via the Shopee platform.

3. General Products (Non-Temperature-Controlled)

• Orders weighing 5 kg or less: 100 THB per order.
• Orders weighing over 5 kg: 250 THB flat rate per order.
• Note: Complimentary shipping conditions do not apply to general merchandise.

4. Remote Areas and Islands

• Standard Temperature-Controlled Shipping: 300 THB per order.
• Free Shipping Condition: Delivery fees are waived for orders exceeding 8,000 THB.

5. Wholesale and Consignment Partners

• General Wholesale (Except Consignment): Temperature-controlled delivery fee of 200 THB per order. Delivery fees are waived for orders over 5,000 THB.
• Consignment Accounts: Reorders (inclusive of both temperature-controlled and dry shipping) will be dispatched when the restocking amount, after applicable discounts, exceeds 3,000 THB.
