Shipping policy

Siamaya Chocolate will use different shipping companies for shipping in Thailand, such as but not limited to Kerry Express, SCG Express, Nim Express, and Inter Express. We deliver to all of Thailand, at a flat rate of 120 baht, regardless of the weight. Orders can be picked up at our shop in Chiang Mai for free.

When you place an order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour. Once we receive your payment, we will send a receipt to your email and ship your product within 24 hours.

Orders that have been paid before 8PM will be shipped the next day. We do NOT ship in weekends and on public holidays. Your order will be delivered to you in 1-7 business days depending on your destination.

• Chiang Mai and Bangkok Metropolitan Region will receive the package in 1-2 business days 
• Other provinces will receive the package in 3-5 business days 
• Remote areas (such as island and mountain destinations) will receive the package in 3-7 business days 

Pick Up at our Store

If you live in Chiang Mai (or you are passing by for holidays), you can place an order on our website and pick it up at our store. This way, you are 100% sure your product is booked and will not be purchased by another customer before you arrive. Make sure to check our opening days and opening hours before you come.

Shipping outside Thailand

If you wish to receive products, but you live outside Thailand, please contact us directly on one of our points of contact, to arrange the delivery. We will give you a quote on the total value of your shipment including international shipping, and if approved by you, send the package using international shipping companies such as, but not limited to, DHL Express.
