Product Care and Storage Requirements

SIAMAYA PRODUCT CARE AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS

These Product Care and Storage Requirements apply to all Siamaya products purchased through the wholesale portal.

1. General standard

Siamaya chocolate must be stored in a cool, dry, clean environment suitable for premium chocolate products.

2. Temperature and environment

Products should ideally be stored between 16°C and 24°C. Exposure to excessive heat, humidity, direct sunlight, condensation, strong odors, pests, or contamination must be avoided.

3. Refrigeration

If refrigeration is necessary, Products should be kept in sealed, airtight conditions to reduce moisture exposure and odor transfer.

4. Packaging and traceability

Products must be kept in original packaging with labels, batch markings, and expiry dates intact.

5. Stock rotation

Products must be rotated on a first-expiring, first-out basis.

6. Display standards

Products must not be displayed or stored near heat sources, windows with direct sunlight, wet areas, cleaning chemicals, strong-smelling goods, or pest-prone areas.

7. Unsaleable product

Products that are melted, contaminated, infested, expired, materially damaged, tampered with, or otherwise unfit for sale must not be sold.

8. Reporting quality issues

The Buyer must promptly notify Siamaya of any quality issue, defect, safety concern, or stock affected by unusual environmental exposure.

9. Consequences of non-compliance

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection of claims, refusal of return, suspension of supply, termination of the wholesale account, or other action under the Wholesale Portal Terms and Conditions.
