I'm a fan of Siamaya in general, so I was intrigued to try this special variety. If you enjoy dark chocolate and nuts, definitely give this a try! The walnuts were especially nice. I always like walnuts, but sometimes they can be somewhat bitter. Whatever Siamaya does to choose and process theirs, I didn't taste any bitterness, just a great complement to the dark chocolate. I don't have a lot of experience with jujube, but they were really tasty, as well. I definitely recommend this variety, and I hope I will have the chance to order it again.
